Discovering the will of God for your life is often viewed as a mysterious thing. In Romans 12:1-2, Paul says surrendering to God leads to the renewing of the mind which leads to an inner ability to sort out what is God’s will on a day to day basis. And, in verses 3-21, Paul shows how very practical the will of God is. It is the new inward, Christ-like ability to value the different personalities and gifts of others (v3-8), to sincerely love others (v12-13), to bless and affirm others (v14-16), and to do good even to enemies (v17-21).
