At Calvary Church, we believe childhood is a crucial time to develop moral values in children and introduce them to spirituality. Calvary Kids exists to provide a loving and secure environment where children are introduced to Christ and families are nurtured in their every day life with God.
Calvary Kids is a safe place for children from birth through sixth grade. Volunteers are trained and approved to help children feel comfortable and ready to interact. Children are encourage to get involved, meet new friends and have fun.
Nursery, preschool and elementary worship experiences take place on Sunday mornings during congregational worship. Learning is specifically designed for age appropriate development. Stories, games, multimedia and a variety of hands-on activities help introduce children to the Bible and important spiritual teachings. Remix, a mid-week event for children, helps reinforce learning in an exciting and fun atmosphere for children ages three through sixth grade.
Our ultimate goal is seeing children experience the truths they learn at Calvary Kids in their everyday life. Parents are encouraged to help nurture growth in their children by discussing spiritual ideas, making spiritual growth a priority and working together to live out their faith at home.
